Q: I don’t have an Assistant LoginKey™. What do I need to do?
A: Unlicensed assistants may request one via this

Q: I’ve registered but haven’t received my Assistant
LoginKey™ and I need immediate access.
A: You need to e-mail mlshelpdesk@orlrealtor.com or
contact the MFR Help Desk (407.513.7288 or 800.686.7451) to obtain temporary
access while your delayed/missing LoginKey™ is
being researched.
Q: I can’t access my entire office’s listings.
A: This is due to the way your LoginKey™ was assigned.
It must be assigned to either the Office’s “X” account or to a Member’s
ID (such as your broker’s) that has ”Office Level” permissions. Contact the MFR Help Desk for assistance.
Q: I can’t view my Agent’s custom
searches, CMA’s or Reports.
A: This is due
to the way your LoginKey™ was assigned. Your LoginKey™
must be assigned to the agent for whom you work. Contact the MFR Help Desk for assistance.
Q: I am being asked to enter the “Next
Tokencode”. What is happening?
A: This happens
when someone has made too many unsuccessful login attempts or when the LoginKey™ must be resynchronized with the access server. Simply wait until the next 6-digit number
(tokencode) appears on your LoginKey and enter that number in the web page. Your LoginKey™
operations should return to normal.
Q: What special situations can affect Assistant
LoginKeys™?
A: Since Assistant LoginKeys™ are assigned (or “linked”) to specific Broker,
Office or Agent ID numbers, they are directly affected when an associated
LoginKey™ is forced into the “Next Token Mode”
or “Disabled Mode”. All the linked LoginKeys™ will experience the same challenge. (See Next

Q: I keep getting “Access Denied”
error messages.
A: To

If all reps are busy, you’ll be asked to leave a voice mail. Please leave only one message as we return
each one, i.e. call five times, you get five callbacks. Calls are returned in the order
received. Just remember that at times
we’re “slammed”, but we do assign technicians to do nothing but make callbacks
so be patient.
